Our Model

All of our products are made especially for you, as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it. Making products on demand (POD) instead of in bulk reduces overproduction and waste. So, thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Our products

All of our products are primarily made of cotton and feature DTG printing or embroidery for high-quality, durable designs.

Size guide

Please check the size guide for each item, as fits may vary. All of our t-shirts fit true to size with a slightly oversized look, while crewnecks run smaller — we recommend ordering one size up. Be sure to review the product description for specific measurements and details.

Shipping & Returns

Our fulfillment time is 2–5 business days for any garment to be produced. Once your item is ready, standard shipping times apply (2–5 business days).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us atciao.spaghettiboy@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
